कद्दावर वृक्ष की जड़
गमले में लगाना
सच-सच बतलाना
कैसी चतुराई है
और जो ये थोड़ी-सी ज़मीन में
पीपल, बरगद जैसी
छतनार-सी पनप आई है
ये तो एक औरत है
तुम कहते हो बौंजाई है!
